Cleaning The Oven

Cleaning the oven is an important part of keeping your kitchen clean, as it can prevent grease buildup, smoke, and unpleasant odors. Here are some steps on how to clean the oven.

1. Remove the racks and any other removable parts from the oven. You can soak them in hot water and dish soap, or use a commercial oven cleaner spray to loosen the dirt and grease.
2. Apply an oven cleaner to the inside of the oven, following the instructions on the label. You can also use a natural solution of baking soda and water, or vinegar and water, to make a paste and spread it over the oven walls and door.
3. Let the oven cleaner or the natural solution sit for at least 15 minutes, or longer if needed, to dissolve the grime. You can also turn on the oven’s self-cleaning function if it has one, but make sure to ventilate the kitchen and keep an eye on it.
4. Wipe down the oven with a damp cloth or a sponge, removing any residue and stains. You may need to repeat this step several times until the oven is clean and shiny.
5. Rinse and dry the racks and other parts that you removed, and put them back in the oven. You can also wipe down the exterior of the oven with a multi-purpose cleaner or a glass cleaner for the door.
6. Enjoy your clean oven and cook with confidence!
