We charge based on the time, i.e. person-hours that our Team spends in your home. The duration of the Team’s stay in your home multiplied by the number of people on the Team gives the number of person-hours.
ChristolClean teams normally consist of two members and you are charged for the exact time our teams spend cleaning your home within the nearest five minutes. The cleaning rates fluctuate depending on the following two variables:
– The type of cleaning service you require such as Condo & Apartment Cleaning.
– How long does our team take to complete your cleaning appointment?
Our schedules are finalized one business day in advance. We will provide you a one-hour arrival window one business day prior to your appointment.
ChristolClean requires a credit card on file to complete your booking.
Your card will be pre-authorized before your appointment. We will charge your credit card and email an invoice the day after the appointment. Once you complete Booking the Appointment’, one of our experienced customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your booking within 4 business hours!
