New Home Move-in Cleaning

Moving into a new home can be exciting but also stressful. You want to make sure your new place is clean and comfortable before you settle in. Our Move-In cleaning service, the ChristolClean team, covers all of your cleaning needs. Carpets will be vacuumed and floors mopped. Bathrooms will be sanitized and sparkling. Your new (or old) kitchen will be made clean enough for your first meal. We’ll make your new home sparkle and shine so you can focus on unpacking and decorating.

Christol Clean Add-ons Checklist

- Inside of the oven cleaned based on your preferred method
- The fridge inside cleaned
- Windows inside cleaned (Included in Post Construction Checklist)
- Clean the cabinets, closets, and drawers inside (Included in Move In/Out & Post Construction Checklist)
- Balconies swept
- Blinds wiped
- Walls washed
- Dishes washed (Included in Vacation Rental Checklist Inspection for damages, toiletries & supplies
Laundry of linens & towels – Gold
We wash, dry, and fold linen and towels. We will put a load of laundry into a washer, transfer it into a dryer, take it out of the dryer, and fold it. Washer & dryer instructions and laundry detergent must be provided. A maximum of 1 load of laundry will be completed.
Laundry of linens & towels – Silver
We wash linen and towels and transfer them to a dryer. Laundry will be left in the dryer. Washer & dryer instructions and laundry detergent must be provided.
Laundry folded.
We fold garments that have been washed and dried before our arrival.
Additional Laundry – If laundry of various garments other than linen & towels is required, please call us to discuss how we can help.
